Everyone is getting excited for TONIGHT -  our first competitive meet of the season!
The attached documents show the events your swimmers are in (print off the heat-sheet to follow along).  You can write their Event/Heat/Lane/Stroke on their arms before the meet to save time.  If you are not sure how, the coaches can show you.

All swimmers need to arrive in time for our warm-ups (5:15pm).  Volunteers for the first 1/2 be in your spots by 5:50pm for a prompt start-time.  The Official likes to meet with timers and place-judges a few minutes prior to the start as well.  Having everyone know their roles makes the meet go more smoothly (good thing we all practiced!)

Tonight's meet is at Chadd's Walk (the entrance is off of Bishop Lake Road): 2146 Spindrift Court. Our hosts will have pizza, BBQ sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos w/cheese, fruit cups, candy, chips, donuts and drinks (for sale). They ask that we all park on only one side of the street so that traffic can get through - and of course, not to park in people's yards or block driveways.

Not to jinx it, but in the case of inclement weather we still need to arrive at the pool (and then wait 'n' see - many of these pop-up storms quickly pass).  For those of you with smart phones, we will send 'Remind' text messages for instant updates.  If you are not yet on the 'Remind' group text, send the message "@nfsw" to this number: 81010 and you will be added in (we cannot add you ourselves).  We use this very conservatively and will not bother you with constant pinging!
