Hello Flying Fish!

We have had a wonderful time seeing everyone down at the pool for practice this first week.  I happy to say that very soon we will put all that hard effort at practice to use!

This Thursday will be our Time Trials event.  This is an important event as it will allow the coaches to assess how each swimmer is performing in a meet-like environment.  Please be at the pool and ready for warm-ups at 5:15pm.  At 6:00pm we will begin the meet with our little fish race for kids 4 and under!  It is a can't-miss cute event!  This practice meet will be an abbreviated meet with no relays or long races.  Please invite your friends and neighbors for a night of fun and delicious concessions!

Please be sure to login to the website and sign-up for volunteer positions.  There are still many open positions for the time trials.  The is just as much about practicing the flow of the meet and for parents to learn their volunteer assignments as it is about swimming :)  You can sign-up for volunteer positions on our website https://northforest.swimtopia.com/, under the "Schedule" tab, and click the "Job Signup" icon.  

Please sign up for the whole season!  For each meet there is also a "Meet Entry" Icon. Please also click this and let us know if your swimmers will or will not be in attendance at each meet.

As for practices, this Thursday we will move to morning practices:

• 9:00-10:00 am ages 6 & under - Adult must be present
• 10:00-11:00 am ages 7-10
• 11:00-12:00 pm ages 11-18
