Hello Swim Team Families!  

Thank you to everyone for registering both new and returning swimmers.  It is hard to believe that the season is upon us and we are looking forward to return to the pool!  We have an amazing group of coaches (all familiar faces), who are excited to be back in the water with the kids!

Practice Schedule: Practices will begin Monday, May 10th and continue every weekday.  Practices will be at 4:30-5:00pm for the 6 and unders, 5:00-5:45pm for 7 - 10 age group, and 5:45-6:30pm for 11 and up.  We will remain in this schedule until May 27th when we will move to a morning schedule.  The pool address is 2440 North Forest Drive.

Season Schedule: Our meet schedule is now posted on the website.  We have two away meets on June 2nd and June 8th followed by 3 home meets on the remaining Tuesdays in June.  Our final End of Season party will be after the last meet on June 29th.  We will send more details about the meets as the time gets closer.

Registration: We will be collecting payment for the season during the first week of practice so please come with checks payable to North Forest Swim Team.  We are still looking for more swimmers, so please tell your friends and neighbors that they can still register.

COVID: We are fortunate that restrictions have been lifted for outdoor recreational activities, but there are still precautions that we will need to take this year especially for crowds during meets.  Every pool and neighborhood is unique so the specific guidelines for each team we swim against will be different.  Prior to each meet, I will send out the procedures for any special rules we will need to follow.  Should any swimmer test positive for COVID, please let me know.  Our league is connected with the Cobb and Douglass County Health Department and they will assist us should the need arise.
