Hello Flying Fish families,

It still feels to me like we just started swim team, but unfortunately, we are wrapping up. It's been a wonderful season and we are so grateful for all of our amazing families and swimmers!  

Final Meet: Our final meet will be at Chimney Springs on Monday.  Please plan to be at the pool by 5:15pm for warmups.  The address of the pool is 2465 Hearthstone Circle, Marietta, GA 30062.  If you have not already done so, please RSVP and volunteer on the website.  To support breast cancer awareness and research, this final meet will be a PINK OUT so please wear pink if you have it.

End of Season Party: Our last day of practice will be on Monday.  There is no practice the following Tuesday or afterward.  Our party will begin at 5:00pm at the North Forest Pool.  We will be providing pizza, drinks, and cake.  The party will have time for free swim as well as individual awards for our swimmers.  Additionally, we have opened volunteer positions for this event for those that are able to bring a side or fruit dish to share.  Please check the schedule tab on the website to RSVP to attend and sign up to bring a fruit or side dish to share.

Parent Relay: We would like to end the season with an especially fun event during the team party-- a parent relay!  The kids would love to see what their parents can do!  During the party, we will do a parent freestyle relay and hope to fill all 4 lanes with relay teams.  Please go to the event on the schedule tab of the website to sign up to participate!  Schedule - North Forest Flying Fish (swimtopia.com)

Chattahoochee Gold swimming:  If anyone is interested in moving on to year-round swimming after the season, attached is a flyer for the Chattahoochee Gold team.  Feel free to ask Coach Annalia about the team or alternatively Coach Theo about his team the Stingrays if you are considering.
