Hello Flying Fish Families,

Congratulations to the team for another successful meet.  I'm happy to announce that the Flying Fish won the meet with a score of 544 to the Hampton Woods Hammerheads 298.  Most importantly, 47% of every race was a personal record.  In addition, 31 new team records were set.  It is an incredible rate of improvement for all of our swimmers!!  We love watching them build confidence and bond as a team.

Tomorrow, we have practice as normal.  Ribbons for tonight's meet will be given out on Friday.  Tomorrow, one of the coaches from the Chattahoochee Gold Year-round club swim team will be joining us from 10:30-11:30.  He will be helping to coach during this time and answer any questions about year-round swimming for anyone that might be interested.  You can also reach out to me with any questions.
