Hello Flying Fish Families,

Tomorrow is our very first official meet at North Forest against Indian Hills! Attached you find a copy of the Heat Sheets. Please arrive between 4:30pm-5:00pm. Team warmups will start at 5:00, and the first event will start promptly at 6:00. 

Parking will be limited so please park on one side of the street and carpool where available.

Volunteers: There are still a few open volunteer positions.  If you have not yet signed up to volunteer, please do so.  Thank you to everyone that has signed up already.

Concessions: Our wonderful Meredith Earnshaw is planning concessions for tomorrow that will include pizza, chick-fil-a, and a variety of other fun snacks and treats.  Be sure to come hungry!  Reminder that we accept both Zelle and cash.

Weather: There is a strong likelihood that we will have to deal with the weather tomorrow.  Rain will not stop the meet.  I strongly recommend that you download the SwimTopia app and allow notifications.  This is how I will communicate to everyone any weather related announcements or delays. In the event of a weather-related delay, please return to your vehicle wait for the meet to resume.  Please do not leave the meet during a delay, but if you must leave please talk to me first, so we are not looking for you when the meet resumes.

Weather or not, it promises to be a very close and exciting meet.  I'm looking forward to seeing all of you tomorrow!
