I'm attaching an updated Heat Sheet for tonight's meet.  This one includes individual swimmer names for the relay events.

We still have a few open volunteer positions.  If you have not had an opportunity to volunteer, please sign up.  We cannot run the meet without the volunteers.

We are so excited for tonight's meet!  Please wear your team shirts to show off how proud we are of our Flying Fish swimmers!
