Hello Flying Fish Families,

We look forward to seeing you all tonight at Princeton Lakes.  Attached you will find a copy of tonight's heat sheets.

Our coaches have designed tonight as Neon themed!  You can show off your team spirit by coming bedazzled in neon along with your North Forest team shirt!

Please note that this is a 6 lane pool, so that should help us get through the races even faster.  Our swimmers will be primarily in lanes 1, 3 and, 5.
